Tragedy hits close to Grace Home

IIncluded in the tragedies of last month’s battles in the northeastern Mullaitivu district was a personal loss for Rev. J. Gnanapragasam, Grace Care Center manager. While “Rev. Gnana,” as he’s known to Grace visitors, was at Trincomalee General Hospital helping those wounded in the battles, his brother and sister in law were among the civilians who were killed in the conflict zone, about 40 miles north of Trinco. It was unknown what happened to the couple’s five-year-old daughter, who remained missing as of March 4. Those who have traveled to Grace and would like to make contributions to assist Rev. Gnanapragasam and his family should contact Naresh Gunaratnam in Ann Arbor, or send an inquiry to info@you-shall-love.org. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Rev. Gnanapragasam during this time of sorrow.
